Is shopping with Flowerbags secure?
Yes, it certainly is. We take online security very seriously, and as such all of our transactions are processed using SagePay's 100% secure servers. We will not see or keep your card details or information. The only thing we keep a record of is the sale and your name and address, everything else is encrypted by SagePay.
How can I make a payment?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use their service, just a credit or debit card. Or, if you have one, you can pay by using the funds available in your PayPal account.
I'd like to order and pay over the phone. Can I do this?

I would like an exchange, what should I do?
Firstly please contact us and let us know. An email is sufficient. We will check stock availability and order in your item where appropriate, or put one aside for you. Please return your unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached to us with a note of your order number. You will not be asked to pay additional postal charges for your initial exchange. Postage will be charged on subsequent exchanges.

I would like a refund, what should I do?
Refunds are given via your original payment method, except in the event of Postal Orders where payment will be refunded via cheque. Please note that we do not provide a refund for the cost of our Gift Box Service, only the cost of the underwear and your original postage charge will be refunded.

Please ensure you enclose details of your order number. Upon receipt of your returned item your refund will be processed, assuming your item is returned in 'as new' condition with all tags attached. Your original postage charges will be refunded to you. You only need to pay the cost of returning your item. We recommend you send it 2nd class and obtain a proof of postage. I'd like an item but it's out of stock.

with your request for the item in question. We may well be expecting it any day, or it can be ordered especially for you.
I would like an item but think it may be discontinued. Can you help?
Yes, we will certainly try. At Flowerbags we know in advance which ranges will be discontinuing and can advise accordingly. We also have access to some of these discontinued lines and can try to obtain your item where possible. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge so please do not hesitate to ask us about an old favourite or new and upcoming styles or colourways.
