Delivery & Returns Information For Flowerbags

Delivery to the United Kingdom

You can choose from second class standard mail or first class delivery, shipping to all mainland United Kingdom addresses. 

FREE 2ND CLASS DELIVERY is available for every UK order.

Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times, we aim to deliver all UK orders within 2-5 working days. Some items may be marked as available within a certain time frame - this will mean that the item may need to be ordered before we can dispatch it to you. You will be notified when your order (in part or whole) is dispatched.

We also offer the option of Special Delivery for orders placed before 1pm and shipping within the UK. These orders are guaranteed to arrive with you before 1pm Monday-Friday. Please contact us if you would like either Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee or Special Delivery before 9am. 

Delivery to Europe (EU)

Airmail delivery to all EU European addresses is a flat rate £8.95 per order for tracked airmail offering added peace of mind.  This will be sent either Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure. This cost is not refunded upon return of goods. 

If you are located outside of a registered EU European country please make sure you choose the 'Rest Of The World' option when placing your order instead.

Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times, we aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days.

Delivery to the Rest of the World (Outside EU)

International delivery to all countries outside of the United Kingdom and the European Union is a flat rate £8.95 per order for tracked airmail for added peace which is sent via Royal Mail International Signed for or Airsure service. This cost is not refunded upon return of goods.

If you are located outside of a registered EU European you must make sure you choose this option when placing your order with us.We do not charge VAT outside of the EU but you may have to pay customs tax when the order reaches your country, so please bear this in mind as this may create a delay in you receiving your product. 

We aim to have all international orders delivered within 10-15 working days, however this can sometimes take longer when delays are out of our hands.

Shopping With Us

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our site, click the 'Add to Bag' button shown on each product page. If an item is currently unavailable you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag, and an 'Out Of Stock' message will be displayed instead.

When you have confirmed your order through the checkout stage, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filled.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via PayPal. All orders are processed using SagePay's 100% secure server. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via the internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive goods) and return goods for a refund or replacement. This applies to orders that have shipped from our warehouse via mail order. Special orders, where an item has been ordered in specifically for you, and it isn't an item we would readily stock, are non returnable. Items purchased in our Bridgend store are non returnable and non refundable.

Refund means purchase price + original postage charge (UK Only), except in the instance where special delivery was chosen and only the price of goods will be refunded. All overseas purchases will not receive a refund for an International Tracked service. 

You are liable for the cost of returning the item and we suggest goods are sent second class and recorded. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate.

It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. In the interest of hygiene we strongly request that briefs, thongs, swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item. In the event of a faulty item you will be offered a refund or replacement. Print your returns form here.

Refunds are given via your original payment method, except in the event of Postal Orders where payment will be refunded via cheque. Please note that we do not provide a refund for the cost of our Gift Box Service, only the cost of the underwear and your original postage charge will be refunded.
