Delivery Time
We deliver throughout the EU. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days within the UK mainland and 5-10 working days for the rest of the EU. Some items are marked as delivery time of 10 days. This may mean your item is available to order and will be dispatched upon receipt by us from the suppliers. If for any reason your item becomes unavailable we will contact you immediately.
Delivery Costs
The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:
£3.95 for orders under £60. Free for orders over £60. Throughout Royal Mail industrial action your item will be sent Special Delivery.
The delivery costs for the rest of the EU are as follows:
£4.95.
The delivery costs for the rest of the world (excludes EU countries) is £7.95.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive goods) and return goods for a refund or replacement. Refund means : purchase price + original postage charge. You are liable for the cost of returning the item and suggest goods are sent second class. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. In the interest of hygiene we strongly request that briefs, thongs, swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item. In the event of a faulty item you will be offered a refund or replacement.
Refunds are given via your original payment method except in the event of Postal Orders where payment will be refunded via cheque. Please note that we do not provide a refund for the cost of our Gift Box Service, only the cost of the underwear and your original postage charge will be refunded.
